The stay was good and the apartment exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. For a longer stay the location is not ideal, as there is not much within walking distance. You'll always need a taxi.

This for me is one of the best locations that you can have in Dubai. You’re between the beach and the marina which makes it very convenient plus there’s five supermarkets within two minute walk and one located in the building that makes it easy for shopping and picking up quick supplies. It’s literally a five minute walk to the beach and along that beach walk is fantastic from many restaurants Starbucks is located also very close so for me it’s a great location and very convenient. The staff who takes care of the place also did a great job and making sure that was clean and prepared and ready to go. They even allowed for me an early check-in, which was absolutely fantastic. I can’t give it a higher rating I would stay here again and will in the future

I just wanted to thank you for the great hospitality. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very close to everything I need. I really appreciate your efforts and I am enjoying my stay here. Thank you again!

Beautiful place, host was very quick to help with any issues I had such as key card, but apartment was beautiful, beautiful partial view of the marina, pool lovely

location is great, the flat at the 40th level leaves impressive views, host was fantastic always attentive and communicative. the place was spotless and it looked like new. the building offers the possibility of many restaurahts, 2 huge pools one I call a loguna not only pool, and the residents can make use of Hotel pool too amd benefit from 20% discount at restaurants. thanks again, great location close to Burj and Mall. will be visiting again 100%

Best value for what you pay I stayed here for a month an from the moment I booked until I checked out the host was responsive and helpful 24/7. The apartment is in the residences of the paramount hotel which is very nice considering you can use the pool at night which is STUNNING and during the day you will have wonderful views form the 40th floor. Downtown is very close, but this is way cheaper than apartments across the river. I would rate this Clearness: 10/10 Amenities: 10/10 Helpful host: 10:10 Value per $: 10/10 Recommend: 10/10. If you’re deciding where to stay, just pick this one.
